On specific dates in October, you can board a 1950s heritage train to enjoy exquisite autumn landscapes. The trains leave from Uxbridge Station and from there, you’re taken all the way to Goodway Station then back to Uxbridge.
The entire trip is 90-minutes long and totally breathtaking! By the way, the train cars are heated, so you know what that means? You’ll be viewing colorful leaves aboard a warm and cozy setting. This train-ride adventure is the epitome of the fall season!
This mini excursion is being organized by York-Durham Heritage Railway. The round-trip fares start at $20.99 for adults, depending on the day you go. You can also purchase a family pass, which of course, offers more bang for your buck.
