For our generation, a “brunch date” is well-celebrated and certainly, well-appreciated. On late Sunday mornings, friends often meet at their favourite brunch hot-spot, snapping pics of their avocado toast and eggs benedict.
What if we told you that brunch in Calgary could be an all-day affair? Yup, you read right: All. Throughout. The. Day. Calgarians, grab your drool bibs because you’re about to have a brunchin’ good time! YYC Food Trucks are giving the people of Calgary two full days’ worth of brunch from June 8th to June 9th.
The event will take place at Bridgeland Community Association (917 Center Avenue NE) - opening hours on each day will be from 11am to 7pm. So for those two days, what is normally known as YYC Food Trucks will transform into the YYC Brunch Fest. How exciting, right?! On the itinerary, you can expect food trucks, cocktails (perfectly mixed and brunch-themed, of course), and an amazing DJ. Get ready to party - brunch-style!
So go ahead and bring your friends and family. This event is a great way to celebrate warmer weather and to show appreciation to some awesome food creators. Menus will showcase mouthwatering brunch specialties but will still have their regular items as well.
