Taco lovers rejoice! YYC Food Trucks is hosting this month a huge taco competition in Calgary that you don’t want to miss! From May 25thto May 26th, 11 am to 7 pm, 14 food trucks will be competing for best taco in town, and you get to be the judge!

The Taco Takeover is one of the most anticipated events this month and will be sure to transport you on a little getaway to Mexico. Taking place in Sunnyside at the cool ContainR spot, this is your chance to try and enjoy a huge variety of savoury tacos! In addition to delicious food being served, you will also be able to enjoy live mariachi bands, piñata parties (best way to let you your frustration…), live music and DJs! You will also be able to participate in awesome contests where you can win food trucks “bucks” for the rest of the season!

Admission to the event will cost you a little $5. Seniors and Kids under 12 FREE. Sounds like the perfect way to get your summer started!
