It’s summer! Who’s ready for another exciting obstacle course? Scratch that. Who’s ready for an obstacle course… that’s full of foam?! You read right: FOAM. And lots of it.

On July 27th, you can take part in a super awesome (and totally unique!) 5K Foam Fest. Taking place just outside Toronto (at the Dagmar Ski Resort in Uxbridge, Ontario), the one-of-a-kind obstacle course will allow its participants to play in 2.5 million cubic feet of foam!
The 5K will have you face some pretty wild obstacles like a foam race and mud pits. Don’t worry, there’ll be showers on-site so that you can clean up after your crazy, foamy adventure!

The 5K Foam Fest is fun for the whole family - so be sure to bring your entire crew! The Foam Fest itself is for participants aged 8 and over. However, the organizers of the event have kept the little ones in-mind. For those aged 7 and under, there will be a free Kids FUN Zone set up. In the FUN Zone, kiddos will be able to enjoy mini obstacle courses and a Bounce House!
Be sure to check out the website to purchase tickets because they’re selling out quick! The first wave/start time is at 8am. After that, waves will be going at every 15 minutes just until 2pm. Tickets start at $45 and packages include access to the 5K Foam Fest, a finishers medal, a beach towel and race bib and, of course, an entire day of foamy-fun!
For those of you who don’t want to get toohands-on with the obstacle - worry not! Spectators are given free access to the festival area and beer garden. See? We told you! It really isfun for the entire family!
