We barely finished cleaning our streets from the last few weeks’ tremendous snow accumulations and now, freezing rain is on its way. Even though Punxsutawney Phil predicted an early Spring last week, Mother Nature hasn’t said her last words just yet.

This Wednesday, 2 to 4 mm of freezing rain is expected to fall on T-Dot, followed by an extra 1 to 3 mm on Thursday. If you’re planning on going out and driving over those two days, extreme caution is required, roads will be extremely slippery.
We will then be getting a short break then, more snow will strike over the weekend. Starting on Sunday ,2 to 4 cm of snow is expected, followed by an extra 2-4 cm for Monday.
While Vancouver is already seing some flowers blooming, we’re definitely going to have to wait before seeing any signs of Spring.
